The 2014 MOA Rally Commercial Vendor Packet is now available for download HERE. Pre-Registration will begin January 31st. We look forward to working with our Vendor Veterans, and are hoping to meet many new Vendors this year as well.
All indoor booths will be located inside the Education Building (located on Cosgrove Street) in either the large main building or in the adjoining Annex. Outdoor booths will be positioned along Cosgrove Street and on a nearby paved lot. For a map of the fairgrounds, CLICK HERE.
After registration opens, we will be posting an up-to-date list of registered vendors on the MOA Website Rally Page and in the Forum. Registered vendors can post information about their plans for the rally on the Forum (must meet forum guidelines). Vendors will have an opportunity to advertise in the rally program by contacting Chris Hughes, our Advertising Director. All vendors donating a door prize before the May deadline will automatically be listed in the Rally Program.
Note that Vendors will be required to register for a Minnesota Tax ID number and collect sales tax at the rally this year. Also, regardless of what you sell or exhibit, you are required to meet minimum liability insurance requirements to participate as a vendor. More information on sales tax and insurance will be available in the packet.
